Julie's Ristorante & Provisto's  Red Wine Vinegarette was created in 1977 as our first house salad dressing.  Becasue our customers insisted they have a taste of Julie's at home. Now bottle this vinegrette at Julie's Ristorante for them to enjoy on their salads at home. It contains blended oil (vegetable, soya and olive), red wine vinegar, basil, oregano, parsley, garlic and a pinch sugar for balance.  This makes a great dressing for your salad, and can be used for dipping or for a marinade.
